When you press Apply, the Employer is notified. If they also accept your profile, we make an email introduction. You can add a note/cover letter, why your will be a great finding for the school. Please, be creative and don't pitch different schools with the exactly same note.

How to find best candidate?

Use frequently, it will increase your position in candidate's search results.
